Who we are
Annona is operated by SHOPSBU PTE. LTD., a company registered in Singapore (“we”, “us”). We are the data controller for information collected through this website. Contact: admin@annona-ai.com.
What we collect
- Assessment requests. If you submit the contact form, we receive the fields you fill in: name, work email, company, what your operation makes, and your description of the line — plus a reference id the form generates.
- Operational logs. Our server keeps standard access logs (IP address, user-agent, requested pages, timestamps) for security and reliability.
- Nothing else. This site sets no marketing or analytics cookies, runs no trackers, and has no user accounts. The Control Room demo does not ask for or store personal information.
How we use it
We use what you send us for exactly one purpose: to reply to your inquiry and, if you choose to continue, to scope an assessment. We do not build marketing lists, we do not re-sell or share your details for advertising, and we do not send you anything you didn’t ask for.
Service providers
- Email delivery. Contact-form submissions are delivered to our inbox by an email API provider acting on our instructions.
- Demo generation. The Control Room demo’s agent dialogue is generated by a third-party AI model API. Requests contain only the industrial scenario text — never your personal information.
- Fonts. Typefaces are served by Google Fonts; your browser’s request for them reaches Google’s servers.
Retention
Inquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up you ask for. Server logs are rotated on a short cycle (approximately 30 days).
Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, at any time — write to admin@annona-ai.com and we will respond within a reasonable period. We handle personal data in accordance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA); if you contact us from a jurisdiction with its own data-protection law (such as the GDPR), we honour the rights it grants you.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS; form submissions travel encrypted. Access to inquiry data is limited to the people who need it to reply to you.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date. We won’t reduce your rights retroactively.
